MDJ Property Group is a family run and family focused developer of boutique, architecturally designed homes.

Our History
MDJ Property Group has been launching developments within Melbourne’s 10km inner ring since 2006. It is a family run business founded by brother and sister team Denis and Diana Jurisic.

Denis Jurisic is a Registered Builder and mastered his trade by working on numerous projects before founding the business.

Diana Jurisic has a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and has been working in the real estate industry for over 10 years.

MDJ Property Group manages its developments from start to finish by leading our projects from site identification and acquisition, through to planning and design and then ultimately onto development. This approach allows us to consider the liveability of the end result through every phase.

We strive to support Australian businesses by sourcing our materials locally.
